Booking & rewards terms
The simple rules that keep things fair for everyone.
Bookings
- Online bookings are free. You pay at the shop after your service.
- Prices shown online are in Pakistani rupees. If you add or change services in the shop, the final price may differ.
- You can cancel online free of charge up to 1 hr before your appointment. After that, please call or WhatsApp us.
- Please arrive a few minutes early. If you are very late we may need to shorten or move your appointment.
- To keep times fair, one phone number can hold up to 3 upcoming online bookings.
Rewards
- Membership is free. Points are added when staff complete a visit linked to your account.
- Points and vouchers have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are for use at Cutting Crew only.
- Each voucher can be used once. Unused vouchers can be cancelled from your account to get the points back.
- We may change the rewards on offer or how points are earned. Points you have already earned stay in your account.
