What we collect

• When you book: your name, mobile number, optional email, notes, and the services and time you chose.
• When you create an account: the same contact details and a password, which we store only as a secure one-way hash.
• For rewards: the visits you complete, points earned and vouchers redeemed.

How we use it

• To hold your appointment and contact you about it (for example if we need to reschedule).
• To run your rewards account.
• To stop abuse, such as repeated fake bookings.

We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Cookies

We only set one cookie, and only when you sign in: it keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who can see your details

Only the Cutting Crew team, to manage bookings and rewards.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account page at any time. To have your account and booking history deleted, contact us on WhatsApp or call 0343 5090733.
